The lift-type check valve has a spring to ensure that the disc is always in a state of dynamic balance under the action of the spring and that the valve can maintain a balanced operation regardless of the medium pressure at the inlet end of the valve.
The lift piston check valve disc is provided with a guide bar that can be freely lifted and lowered in the bonnet guide hole. When the pipeline media flow in the specified direction (from left to right), and the pressure below the disc exceeds the pressure above it, push the disc up along the center line of the bonnet guide hole, and the valve will open automatically, so as to circulate the medium; If the fluid flows from right to left, that is, when the reverse inflow, the pressure above the disc is greater than the pressure below, the pressure difference between the upper and lower pressure and the weight of the disc will be pressed on the valve seat, so that the medium cannot pass, that is, the fluid can not flow back; And the greater the pipe fluid pressure, the tighter the sealing surface pressure, the better the sealing effect.
Lift type check valve seat sealing surface, can be surfacing welding, can also be made of seat sealing ring after expansion joint or threaded on the valve body; When the valve body is stainless steel material, sealing surface can also be processed directly on the valve body. The sealing surface of the valve disc can be processed directly on the valve disc, or it can be processed after surfacing or welded on the valve disc with the inner and outer circumference of the sealing ring. Vertical lift-check valves are not limited to vertical lift-check valves, which can only be used for balanced installation on the line and allow the center line of the disc to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
