An axial check valve is the preferred solution for critical non-return applications such as the protection of rotating equipment and systems where low pressure loss, stable operation and dynamic behaviour are essential. That means the Axial Flow Control Valve is design for special applications requiring high flow capacity, the precise control from a linear motion closure member, and reduced turbulence and vibrational effects.
Due to the high capacity of the axial flow valve, several stages can be used in order to reduce the noise level of these applications. The crank-lever system design of the Axial Flow Control Valve, transform a small torque into a big thrust, allowing the valve to require smaller actuator sized, which in consequence increases precision and speed of control.
These control valves can be equipped with actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.
